QTrack®, type QT-55G2-HP-R-Strip-32

The Pandrol QTrack® are a family of continuously supported and fastened embedded ballast less track systems, where the rail is completely encapsulated by elastic prefabricated high-quality resin-bonded recycled rubber profiles with a unique shape and adapted stiffness features. The system, when installed in concrete, provides support to all sides of the rail and allows stringent vertical and lateral support criteria to be met, and at the same time offers a decoupling from its surroundings (electrical and vibration protection). The Pandrol QT-55G2-HP-R-Strip-32 has a total weight of 25.6 kg/lm of rail (or 51.2 kg/lm of track) with 94% of recycled rubber granules coming from End-of-Life tyres and is designed to encapsulate grooved rails type 54G1, 54G2, 54R1, 54R2 and 55G2.
