Colombo Severo's plant situated in Cascina Colombera (LO) produces asphalt mixtures for a variety of applications, including highways, roads, urban streets, and industrial pavements.

The primary components of asphalt mixtures are coarse and fine aggregates, filler, and bitumen. Additional materials (mainly fibers) and additives are incorporated to achieve specific mechanical properties that meet the requirements of each application.

Reclaimed asphalt (RAP) is added to the asphalt mixtures to partially replace virgin aggregates and virgin bitumen, improving sustainability and resource efficiency
