Surround Primed Panels (MDF)

Surround by Laminex™ panels are a pre-primed impact resistant, moisture resistant MDF product manufactured at our plant located in Toolara, Queensland using sustainable wood resources from softwood plantations (roundwood) and other residues (e.g., wood chip and shavings) from neighbouring sawmills.

The MDF panels are routed in a range of profiles, including batten, scallop, classic VJ, demi round, French stripe, and heritage. Suited to interior surfaces including hallways, kitchens, dining areas, bedrooms, living areas, playrooms, foyers, bathrooms, and laundries, the panels can be applied directly onto prepared plasterboard, timber, steel, brick or masonry wall surfaces and connect via a tongue and groove system.

This document complies with the requirements for a product specific EPD under the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) rating system and the Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) rating scheme of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council for Australia and New Zealand.

The EPD includes Materials Circularity Indicators (MCIs) for the products in this EPD.
