MAPENET EMR - MAPENET EMR Angolare

The CRM system is composed by MAPENET EMR (33/66/99) and MAPENET EMR (33/66/99) ANGOLARE to be applied in combination with granted performance lime and/or cementitious mortars compliant with EN 998-1/2 and/or EN 1504-2/3 with 2+ certification system. The mechanical connection to the substrate is carried out using MAPENET EMR Connector (“L” shaped preformed glass fibre connector (GFRP) with high chemical resistance, impregnated with thermosetting resin) anchored with MAPEFIX VE SF, CE marked with ETA 11/0448 and 11/0449. The system gives to the reinforced structure high ductility, greater load bearing performances and a more even distribution of stresses.

The system is covered by Certificate of Technical Assessment (CVT) N° 322/2023 issued by the 2° Div. of the STC (Central Technical Service) of theCSLP (Ministry of Public Works). The products included in this EPD are:

• MAPENET EMR (33/66/99) is a preformed, high chemical resistance glass fibre mesh (GFRP) impregnated with thermosetting resin. The mesh is to be applied together with the respective MAPENET EMR (33/66/99) Angolare. MAPENET EMR is supplied in 2m wide by 13m or 25m long rolls packed in heat-shrink tubing.

• MAPENET EMR (33/66/99) ANGOLARE. preformed high chemical resistance glass fibre corner elements (GFRP) impregnated with thermosetting resin, to be mechanically fastened to the substrate with “L” shaped connectors. MAPENET EMR ANGOLARE is supplied in 2m high pieces with 33 cm width per side, packed in heat-shrink tubing.
