Sunshine Wood

The product is a kind of wood plastic composite product (WPC), made from recycled plastics, and waste plant fibres (waste wood flour, bamboo flour, agricultural and forestry straw fibre powder, etc.) as the main raw materials, and the amount used is more than 80% of the total raw materials. The product has the characteristics of aging-resistant surface, anti-bacteria, anti-mould, and can achieve superior flame retardant effect. As green building materials, healthy building materials are widely used in outdoor courtyards, outdoor landscape flooring, fences, gazebos, wall panels and so on. The products make use of original colour mixing and surface treatment technology, which makes the products have high simulation of natural wood-like colour and matte effect. Through the innovation of interface compatibility technology between polymer and plant fibre, it achieves the enhancement of mechanical load-bearing performance. The surface of the product is maintenance-free and has a durability of not less than 25 years, and at the end of the life cycle, or dismantled and replaced materials can also be recycled and crushed for 100% secondary use.
