Indowud’s NFC Board

Indowud’s NFC Boards are available in the standard size of 8 feet (2440mm) x 4 feet (1220mm) x thickness : 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm. Indowud’s NFC Board is primarily based on agricultural raw materials. Low K value Polyvinyl chloride - a special thermoplastic bonding agent is used with over 110 phr of husks for creating Indowud’s NFC Board. Lubricants, heat stabilisers and carbonated calcium are the other components used in the production process apart from our secret additives. These additives provide ultimate features like termite proof, flame retardant, smoke suppressant, anti-algae and anti-rodent properties in Indowud’s NFC Board. The rough surface of Indowud’s NFC Board offers the benefit of easy overlaying of veneers and laminates. Unlike a conventional wood or wood-based products, Indowud’s NFC Board is highly resistant to cyclic and extreme weather conditions such as sun, rain, snow or saline water. Due to specially formulated compound, Indowud’s NFC Board shows no signs of swelling. This makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor application.
