Aluminium Profile
Zinca Metal manufactures aluminum extruded profiles for various industries, including construction, furniture, automotive, appliances, and solar energy applications. The extrusion process begins with aluminum billets being heated to a temperature between 350-500°C before being shaped in a press. The exit temperature of the extruded profiles must be at least 500°C to ensure proper material properties.
Following extrusion, the profiles undergo heat treatment to achieve the required mechanical properties. Depending on the alloy composition and customer requirements, different temper conditions are applied, including T4 (no thermal treatment), T64 (semi-thermal), T5, T6, and T66.
To meet surface treatment demands, profiles can be painted, mechanically processed, or pressed. While anodizing is not performed in-house, customers can choose from various other finishing options. Dimensional precision, custom-cut lengths, and high-quality surface coatings are key aspects of the production process.
