There is an ongoing initiative to develop a combined PCR of Preserved and preserved vegetable and fruit products, including juice (UN CPC 213 and 214). When ready, this PCR may be replaced by the new PCR. For further information please contact the Secretariat or the PCR moderator.

 

This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of UN CPC 21494 (Jams, fruit jellies, marmalades, fruit or nut purée and fruit or nut paste) and the declaration of this performance by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

Any comments to this PCR document may be given on the Global PCR Forum or directly to the PCR moderator during the period of validity.

EPDs shall be based on the latest version of the PCR, and refer to the version number and date of the PCR used. The production of new PCR versions does not affect the certification period of EPDs that are already published

The new version is compliant with GPI 3.0 and the latest PCR basic modules. Version 2.0 is valid for a transition period of six months until 2019-04-09. Please contact the Secretariat for further information.
