This PCR is currently under development. The open consultation phase will start with an e-mail invitation to all active verifiers and members of the Technical Committee of the International EPD® System, and to identified stakeholders to the product group as representatives of different organisations. Any stakeholder is welcome to provide comments during this phase of the PCR development.

This PCR was initially thought to be named and have the scope of "Paraffin wax and other products of petroleum oil". This has been modified during the PCR development.
