This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of Moka coffee and the declaration of this performance by an EPD. For more information about the product category, see the PCR document.

A PCR is valid for a pre-determined period of time to ensure that it is updated at regular intervals. When the PCR is about to expire the PCR moderator shall initiate a discussion with the Secretariat how to proceed with updating the document and renewing its validity.

A PCR document may be revised during its period of validity provided significant and well-justified proposals for changes or amendments are presented.
