This is due to the bronze dies, used in production, to provide the dough with roughness and porosity, which makes it perfect for absorbing and enhancing sauces and seasonings. Granarolo Egg Pasta is made with high quality durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs and water. Egg noodles are made with 6 eggs per kilogram of semolina while broth pasta is obtained using 4 eggs per kilogram of semolina.
