S-P-01646 Rifeng PEX pipes

This PCR refers to the old version of the standard EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A1:2013). A new version was published 2019-12-20 (PCR 2019:14), referring to the new version of EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A2:2019). 
The validity period of PCR 2012:01 ended 2022-02-28. As of 2022-03-01, PCR 2019:14 is the only valid main PCR for construction products in the International EPD System. 
The below listed sub-PCRs are no longer valid, instead the c-PCRs under PCR 2019:14 shall be used.&nbsp;
This document serves as Product Category Rules (PCR) for Construction products and Construction services. It aims to be the main way to develop and register EPDs in the International EPD System, compliant with the European standard EN 15804:2012+A1:2013 (Sustainability of construction works - Environmental product declarations - Core rules for the product category of construction products).
In addition, this document may also be the basis for development of "sub-PCRs" for more specific product categories
<ul>
<li>If this document is used as a PCR, it may be used for Construction products and construction services for an EPD based on a declared unit, cradle-to-gate or cradle-to-gate with options;</li>
<li>If this document is used together with a sub-PCR, it may be used for an EPD based on a functional unit, cradle-to-grave.</li>
</ul>

Construction products and construction services (EN 15804:A1) (expired)

This PCR refers to the old version of the standard EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A1:2013). A new version was published 2019-12-20 (PCR 2019:14), referring to the new version of EN 15804 (EN 15804:2012+A2:2019).
The validity period of PCR 2012:01 ended 2022-02-28. As of 2022-03-01, PCR 2019:14 is the only valid main PCR for construction products in the International EPD System.

This EPD covers PEX pipes for hot &amp; cold water supply and underfloor heating application. in sizes ranging from 16mm to 32mm or 1/8 inch to 2 inch nominal diameters.

Rifeng PEX pipes are manufactured in accordance with ASTM F876-17 and ASTM F877-18a approved by NSF, and standard AS/NZS 2492:2007 and ISO 15875:2003.

The EPD conforms to ISO 14025:2006, EN 15804 2012+A1:2013 and PCR: Construction Products and Construction Services, Version 2.3 (2018-11-15)..The EPD covers a ‘cradle-to-gate ' scope to cover core modules of significant environmental impact over the full product life cycle.

The declared unit is 1 kg of manufactured PEX pipe.
