WOOD CEMENT ELEMENTS AND PANELS FOR FLOOR SLABS

Wood cement elements and panels are used for the construction of floors and can be produced in different thicknesses. The floors comply with the UNI EN 15498 “Precast concrete products - Wood-chip concrete shuttering blocks - Product properties and performance”. The elements are produced starting from cement and fir wood, ground and mineralized with natural mineral, in order to make them inert. The wood used is exclusively recycled wood from end-of-life pallets, selected and untreated.

The panels are obtained by subsequent assembly of the elements in the production site with integration of truss, reinforcing bars and concrete. The panels are used for horizontal or inclined structures and have high acoustic and thermal insulation. They are made to measure in the factory, based on the specifications of the individual construction site.
