The demand for quantified and verified information about the environmetal performance of products and services is constantly increasing worldwide as a result of the strategic value of product-specific environmental issues in companies and orgaisations.

In the supply chain and in "green procurement" a growing number of parties are also requesting specific information such as a declaration of contents and what type of environmental problems selected products and services cause in a life cycle perpspective.

The need for LCA-based information for various applicaions generate a large number of EPD-related activities, which are shortly described  on this part of the website.
