This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of UN CPC 234 (Bakery products) and the declaration of this performance by an EPD.
All products under the CPC Group 234 “Bakery products” are included in this PCR, especially the following classes:
Crispbread; rusks, toasted bread and similar toasted products
Gingerbread and the like; sweet biscuits; waffles and wafers
Pastry goods and cakes, fresh or preserved
Other bread and other bakers' wares
This PCR incorporates the PCRs PCR 2010:06 (Pastry goods and cakes) and PCR 2010:05 (Bakers' wares).
