This environmental statement is in connection with the extra virgin olive oil produced in the 2010-2011 season by the companies selected by Assoproli Bari and listed in the production chain called “OASIS”. The extra virgin olive oil was packaged in glass bottles of 0.5 liters, identified by the “Oasis” label. The production in the 2010-2011 season was 1,722.5 tons of olives, which were processed into 297.7 tons of olive oil, or about 325,000 liters of olive oil, nough to package around 650,000 bottles labelled “Oasis”. Each glass bottle contains only extra virgin olive oil that meets current law requirements.
